This question needs to be reworded. Not all Veterans receive healthcare from the VA. Many that are not fully disabled or retired go on to other jobs which give them the opportunity to use other healthcare options. Also, there had been some changes to Vets being allowed to choose their primary care doctor. Is this question regarding sole reliance on VA health benefits?

They should have the choice to receive healthcare in either form, private or government.

 @8NMTXR9Republican from Missouri answered…3yrs3Y

I think veterans' should get lowered or free healthcare just because of what they did for our county.

 @sophlaneProgressive  from California disagreed…3yrs3Y

Why not make healthcare free for all Americans and not just veterans? See I get your reasoning for why they should get free healthcare, but every single working American, rich or poor, help create this country together. If free universal healthcare was implemented, this would not have to be a large problem.

Veteran's deserve so much more, they get the training to do what they have got to do, but no help when returning to civilian life

 @9LFW5MS  from North Carolina answered…1wk1W

Same system everyone else is on. Military should have been paid well enough to save and make the payments everyone else does until they are able to work.

 @9LDNSXJIndependentfrom Guam answered…1wk1W

Less, and we need to be improving all sorts of healthcare without having to rely on ineffective elites

 @9LC5YX4 from California answered…2wks2W

Our veterans should get anything they need from the USA. So sad that illegal immigrants get more than our veterans. Just horrible!

 @9LBJ943  from North Carolina answered…2wks2W

No, because I think they can get better healthcare than Alfred by the government funded facilities. Again, competition necessitates, higher quality to compete.

 @9LB6BMJ from Washington D.C. answered…2wks2W

Less, we should increase fund to improve the current system, but veterans should also be able to see any doctor of their choice.

 @2SZNB8BIndependent from Virginia answered…2wks2W

We should socialize medicine and healthcare in general but veterans should be able to see any doctor of their choice
