You believe in achieving social justice and individual freedom through decentralized power structures and voluntary cooperation.
Left-libertarianism is a political ideology that combines the advocacy for individual liberty and social justice. It is a part of the broader libertarian movement, which emphasizes the importance of individual freedom and non-aggression. However, left-libertarians distinguish themselves from other libertarians through their belief in egalitarianism and their focus on socio-economic issues.
Left-libertarians generally believe in the decentralization of power and the importance of individual autonomy. They argue for the protection of civil liberties and are often critical of state inter…

Can you imagine a scenario where the collective management of resources would be more efficient than individual ownership?
@9KBB3NL3mos3MO
Yes, I believe that collectively managing power, will be more effective in the aspect of everyone coming to a similar agreement, instead of one person making a decision that is not necessarily what everyone wants. Even the people who value the country's power will have some say.
@9KB8PL73mos3MO
From my understanding, the collective management of resources would be more efficient in terms of stock management because individual ownership may lead to inconsistencies and fraud.
@9KB7TWL3mos3MO
With multiple people there is a higher chance of differing ideals, but also a greater chance for large group discussion and more ideas
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
What role does empathy play in your decisions about sharing resources and opportunities with others?
@9KT83NR2mos2MO
I don't feel bad for people who are struggling or who are homeless. It is a problem they created for themselves. I believe that if they wanted to have a different life then they would build that life for themselves, and not try to have someone else do it for them.
@9KVF839Peace and Freedom2mos2MO
I feel that they really don't know what they want and I feel bad for those who wanna turn there life around but can't because of there background
@9KT8FVV2mos2MO
Our democracy is built upon justice so empathy becomes a pivotal for deciding the way we operate with each other.

Can a community truly thrive without leadership, or do we naturally need leaders and followers?
@9KSQTFK2mos2MO
No it cannot. We need proper leadership, symbolism. People can't even choose what shoe to wear for the day, we need a leader to make much more important & dire decisions for us or proposing new ideas for us.
@9KSQRGH2mos2MO
I think a community can thrive without leadership, provided that all members of the community agree on a shared set of norms and rules that govern their behavior.
@9KSQJRM2mos2MO
I believe people will always need a leader because without an authority figure to point out the right from wrong and keep people in line chaos will ensue.

How could the principles of left-libertarianism change the way we approach environmental sustainability?
@9HW3GC24mos4MO
there would be less power plants and more electric vehicles
@9HW3FL54mos4MO
The principles change the way we approach environmental sustainability because it provides a way to express how we approach different movements such as anti-globalization.
@9HW4774Peace and Freedom4mos4MO
This messes up our approach because it isn't necessarily what we are agreeing on or making up its mainly the government
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
Can a society truly achieve economic equality without some form of enforced redistribution?
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO
How important is having equal access to technology in shaping your opportunities and freedoms?
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO
When have you felt most free to make choices about your life and what conditions enabled that freedom?
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO

@ISIDEWITH3mos3MO
When has an act of sharing in your life led to unexpected positive outcomes?
@9KMPRNJ2mos2MO
I gave someone something that they asked me if they could have and i didnt know how much it would help them
@9KMPLWNIndependent2mos2MO
Teaching skills at work allowed several employees to see their kids be first-gen college students
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
Can voluntary cooperation really be enough to maintain order and ensure justice within a community?
@9H3XY7C6mos6MO
No, because voluntary cooperation requires everyone to buy into the system. This only works with small, highly cohesive units. An example would be the kibbutzim, although there are criticisms levied against them.
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO
What do you envision would be the biggest challenge in a society where cooperation is the norm?
@9HW4BHQ4mos4MO
There can't be any true "equals," and someone will manage to take all of the power for themselves.
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
Have you ever felt limited by traditional structures, and how would you redesign them for more freedom?
@9KVDXLB2mos2MO
Yes. Bureaucratic institutions, such as those that compose the federal and state governments, should be abolished and replaced with local councils that are elected by majority or rank vote to represent the local community and determine the best way to meet their constituents' needs, including possible collaboration and cooperation between other localities to distribute and manufacture resources.
@9KVDN7S2mos2MO
I would design them so we could actually have freedom. As long as people aren't deliberately hurting themselves or others or abusing power they have, I would wish them to have a say in their own health. I would also structure it so it's not as easy for people to get ahold of larger weapons, especially when they have a history of certain behaviors.
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO
In what ways do you think an economy based on sharing and collaboration rather than competition might impact innovation?
@9HW3Q4V4mos4MO
All separate things that create competition in our markets might become one, and then it might become a monopoly. Some collaboration is alright, but not all the time.
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
How would you define freedom in your own life, and what role do you think community should play in that?
@9L9XPY42mos2MO
Freedom in your own life is being able to do what you want with your land and with your family and yourself
The chance to feel safe within your own self and be able to have good rights within
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
