Critical race theory is a framework in which we analyze the institutions and laws we have and how they relate to our social relationships. In all honesty, most people don't understand what CRT is and if it was implemented in schools, teachers would not teach it well. CRT is a framework better suited for college students who are in an institution that challenges their thinking and can be practical with anti-racist ciriculums.
