I also feel it is important to learn from the past and move on from it rather than continue to teach children that they are more or less “privileged” based on the color of their skin. I feel that this only perpetuates divisiveness, hate, and racism. We can teach history without using children to further a political agenda which is what this really comes down to.

Kids need to understand how the world works there is no moving on from the past especially since some of those kids will still be feeling the effects of the critical race theory. Kids need to understand these things so they wont be ignorant to these things as they grow older.
