I agree. Pregnancy can have a permanent effect on a (biological) woman's body. There are many instances in which abortions should be necessary like in cases with rape, incest, teen pregnancy, financial situations etc. It's not always cut and dry to put the child up for adoption and I believe there is a time period where the fetus does not feel things and therefore it is okay to have an abortion. If we eliminate abortion all together, that doesn't stop people from getting them, it stops women from getting safe abortions. I do not believe that a person should get pregnant for the sole purpose of having an abortion. Accidents happen but if there's a history involved I think a background check should be made.
