You're right that our country's education ranking has fallen, but is that because we're discussing race, or could it be due to other factors like educational policy, funding, or teaching methods?
As for calling it "propaganda," well, some might argue that not teaching about systemic issues could also be a form of propaganda, right? I mean, isn't education about presenting a balanced view of our history and society?
