Not an embryo. And it doesn't matter either or, it is still living. And it's a being. When you get an abortion you are killing it. And when you get an abortion it's so the baby stops growing therefore killing it. The amount of people who have a baby due to rape or incest is around .01% out of all people.

This is all irrelevant because no one has the right to use another person's body without their consent in the first place. It doesn't matter whether you think it is a baby or an embryo or whatever, because even grown adult people still cannot use someone else's body if that person doesn't want them there, hence why the mother still has every right to stop it from continuing to violate her consent by using her body against her wishes. It doesn't matter that it's living, or that it will die without her, because it doesn't have the right to be there to begin with.
