No, most minimum wage jobs are meant to develop experience, not support a family
People still need to support themselves, and people cannot go upwards from minimum wage if they dont make enough money to succeed.

I think this is wrong because everyone would want minimum wage, but it would cost the government more money, so it could go either way.
