No because their are some strange people out there and a homeless adult I believe shouldn't be allowed to sleep on public property like a school. However to solve this issue their should be another organization that helps homeless shelters deal with conflict and issues and keep organization so everyone gets a fair chance. Sometimes people don't want shelter or housing because of mental health issues or uncomfortable. Now if they refuse after many attempts at helping well you can't save everyone, but you can try.
