This goes for all discrimination arguments, such as race, gender, and political affiliation. Good people know the difference between what is disrespectful and what is constructive criticism, as well as how to vocally deliver it. The problem is not the discrimination itself, but rather eliminating the sources which promote discrimination by creating an attitude of arrogance. These sources would be biased algorithms, closed source platforms and polarized news outlets.
