This is a loaded question, but as simply as possible; our current national population is roughly 330 million as of 2023. Across 50 states, in about 6 biomes, a spectrum of religious and political beliefs, etc. The point is, just like common core education has created a false narrative of an increase of adhd in children; we must engage our communities in smaller groups to appeal to the specific needs for the societal paradigm first.
To borrow from the Jethro principle of the Bible. Our President may be a federally elected leader chosen and voted for by our various systems of checks and balances… Read more; but they're in foolishly incapable of addressing the individual needs of an entire nation and to give them that power would be dangerous. To quote Kanye before he lost his friggin marbles "No one man should have all that power".
Our Senator's and Governor's need to actually organize and collaborate with the Fed, and our county and city leaders acting as a liason of representation not too dissimilar to the original American colonies\city states of old. It needs to be modernized, but look up the success stories of a pre-90's Biden era militarization of police where law enforcement was engaged in their communities. Shopping in their districts, befriending families, establishing a rapport instead of just being a beligerrent hammer for the the fed to swing left and right in the name of order.
I've rambled and may have even lost the thread a bit, but the final thing is there are many folks who speak out and feel that they don't have a voice. Building up leaders in pocket communities that goes all the way to the President like layers of an onion creates more opportunities for advocacy, change, and pride in their nation.
