If it costs $5 to make insulin (overhead being paying the employees, bills to run the company, materials, ect) they should not be able to charge more than 20% over the cost as an example for profit. ($5 to make a product and ship it to a customer, they can charge at maximum $6.00 for a $1 profit for example)
