If a friend cheats on a test and gets a scholarship, would you report them and why?

it depends on a variety of factors, mainly depending on how well I know them and why they justify cheating

I would although i would feel terrible becaouse it is mu friendbut i know someone who applied for the scholarship and tried there absolute best deserves it more than the person that cheated.
