The main barrier is people getting offended when they are not even that race. Say a white person dresses up in a poncho and sombrero, other white people will get mad and offended when they are not even Hispanic. I don't know why because culture is a thing to share, not to keep to themselves and forced to keep to themselves.

In order to eliminate racism and the need for equality, stop focusing on race and instead focus on people. It shouldn’t matter what race, ethnicity, country of origin, sexuality, or any other determining factor. For one, colleges should not grant scholarships to other groups ceased on these factors, but instead only focus on income and intelligence.
