Because, a teacher would be more prepared, with proper training of reactivity and precision training required, if the said teacher has had proper official training of what to do in the situation, then yes that's entirely fair.

Chosen teachers should be required to go through a very specific skill-set course that specializes in the environment of a school workplace. They should know how to do everything from when to shoot, when to kill, and when not to shoot.

i think only trained teachers mainly former law informant or military should be aloud the privilege to carry in schools so they have the training to exterminate the threat of a shooter.

The reason is to stop the school shooting is to give teachers gun training should they request it, it will help put teachers in a stronger position to help students.

I agree about this comment about Armed Teachers. Teachers having firearms just puts them at risk for being targeted by unstable individuals in the school. Not only that, but most teachers have no experience with weapons, meaning they wouldn’t even know how to use a gun if they had one.

It would reduce fewer deaths, I feel like the cops take too long to get to the school and if we had some armed teachers it would reduce the amounts of deaths and increase the amount of safety.

If certain teachers have a firearm, EX: veterans, former police, other types of trained gun owners should be able to use firearms. But the weapon should be kept in a special box/safe where no student can reach for it.

if the teachers become more of a target, then it can save more children. We can also provide training for teachers on gun safety, which should be taught in schools.

in the use since there is a lot of questionable people and sometimes it feels very unsafe in public schools teachers should be allowed to be armed in school. only when its necessary.
