As per the Establishment Clause of the Constitution, our country is to be governed without the influence of religion. As such, ruling in a fashion that is impacted on religion is not Constitutional, and while you are free to practice your religion, not everyone does, and for that reason, you have no right to push specifically your religious beliefs on other people. Abortions, especially for those who have been assaulted, with their health in danger, and such cases especially should have the ability to terminate their pregnancy. However, outside of these reasons, Abortion should (almost) never happen after the third trimester has began.
Abortions, however, shouldn't be a person's first go-to; instead of banning abortion, if you're against it, you should help reduce the amount of them. This can be done by promoting Sex Ed (for kids of proper age, teenagers); supplying contraceptives and making them available for teens and the disadvantaged; and much more, which includes supporting establishments like Planned Parenthood, whose functions exceed just that of abortion.
