No, war will never stop because humans have natural instincts to strive for violence

This is because we are unable to come to a conclusion everyone can agree on, there will always be someone or a group that opposes a claim.

I don't think war exists because we desire violence, I think it is due to conflicts getting out of hand and not understanding the other side. I have hope that one day war is very very uncommon.

We can feed those instincts in other ways than killing millions of people and spending trillions of dollars for no reason

The world is so divided, Humanity is so divided, you will never meet two people with ALL of the same exact opinions, and unfortunately society has taught us that because we can't agree, we're against one another.
