Minor should be watched at all times because lately they have too much freedom which influences them horribly. I.E. Social media and finding ways to get drugs.

Hard to say. In my opinion it's best for people of similar culture and religion to live and work among each other and keep separate from others who differ drastically in those respects. Economic and political cooperation is fine and even necessary in some circumstances, but forcing people together just dilutes all cultures and you get people on all sides who are unhappy. We would be better off keeping among our own kind and letting others do the same, while also not interfering with or dominating the other groups.

It's up to them whether it stays up and alive. If you have a different culture then you should be responsible for celebrating it.

I feel that each minority group should be able to organize and participate in traditions as they wish, and I don't think anybody should stop them but I am not sure what I'd do to encourage them.
