I keep reading the claim that "Iran doesn't want war" like it's a truism. But what we've seen is that on Oct 7th, Iran-backed Hamas launched a large, surprise unprovoked massacre of Israeli civilians. Then Iran-backed Hizbollah began launching rockets into northern Israel. Then the Iran-backed Houthis began attacking civilian ships from various countries with missiles, rockets and drones. They also attacked the US navy. People are acting like these "Iranian attacks" are something new and dangerous. Or, at least, that's the narrative the warmongering mainstream media has indoctrinated Americans with.
