I agree that there are a lot of people struggling within the U.S. itself that the government doesn't seem to want to help, however there are people outside of our country that don't get the same opportunities as the people that need help here have. So I believe it's important to not ignore other people from other countries, but I do think it's important to take a step back and look at the people walking the streets every day and see what we can try to do for them before we think about people across the ocean.
