If religion dictated the civil liberties in your country, how empowered would you feel to fight for your rights?

The way that we are currently running is messed up many ways but I agree with some that are in today. I really think that the border and foreign politics need to be revamped including with prison reforms and abortion reforms.

That reaches into the regions of Theocracy, and Theocracy is never a good idea. While morals and societal foundations are a good thing, we do not need religion to establish it. Religion is often used as a form of manipulation.

Personally, depending on the religion being dictated, I would feel more motivated. However, that means that others who don't share my beliefs wouldn't want to.
