Because the citizens make the country and without the citizens getting help first their is no country

A country with poor citizens is a country at war with itself and will eventually tear itself apart, like a headless creature that wades into blood because it cannot see where it is going, because the leaders are blinded by greed and all sorts of vile darkness that has come and covered their eyes to the wars that they wage and the lives of sons, daughters, husbands, fathers, wives, mothers all torn apart. Families torn to shreds. Children left as orphans with nobody to take care of them, a never ending cycle of violence.
