I feel the allegations against Trump are heavily politically motivated, though many of which are correct, it's undeniable that political gain is at least partially involved in the reasoning for seeking justice against Trump and his associates.

I don't think it would be the same between an ordinary citizen and Trump.

 @9L4VBWB from Washington commented…1mo1MO

I believe most people that are important enough to have his kind of money would see very similar treatment

 @9L4V6XM from California commented…1mo1MO

This is like qualified immunity which i don't believe in, why does someone of lower status get unfair treatment.

I do not believe the student would receive the same financial leniency from the court as Trump did, but I believe they should.

I think that trump should fall under the same punishment of the law as anyone else.

 @9L4PMQR from Mississippi commented…1mo1MO

No. I do not believe an ordinary citizen would receive the same financial leniency from the court as Trump.

I feel like Trump was able to get a smaller bail price because he has done so much for our country whereas the normal American person has not done anything and would get a price they most likely cannot pay.

I do not think so because Trump is a high authority figure and a regular person is not. they would not be treated the same even though they should.

Rich should be treated the same as poor in courts- rich should not be able to buy their way out of their legal issues

 @9L4Y4WS from Wisconsin commented…1mo1MO

Trump should not recieve financial leniency. It is a system of bias in our court that public figures receive benefits.

 @9L4Y293 from New York commented…1mo1MO

I believe if an ordinary citizen did what trump did they would be tried much more rigurously

 @9L4VVXG from Arizona commented…1mo1MO

My opinion is that Trump should get the same punishment that any other individual would've gotten.

 @9L4R7QMcommented…1mo1MO

I don't think politicians should be in any way exempt or given special protections for crimes and criminal trial.

 @9L4R59CRepublican from Missouri commented…1mo1MO

In today's court system, I do think the court is harder on Trump than the ordinary person because of the stigma he has following his personal life

 @9L4QPVR from California commented…1mo1MO

Very true point if citizens who don't have as much money as trump were in the same situation they wouldn't be getting the same treatment
