It also depends on the seriousness of crime committed. I have nothing against torture to individuals who've without a doubt committed extreme terrorism if it leads to information that can be used to prevent future terrorism. That being said if there isn't substantial evidence they've committed the crime then they should have fair rights. Afterall how can we be in favor of our constitutional rights if we don't support the idea that all human beings deserve those rights.
