Not until mid-late high school, instead students should be taught to be inclusive and encourage natural integration of all races and identities before this point of time, and when critical race theory is taught there should an emphasis and structure that avoids or minimizes any demonization or strong emotion-driven-opinions, regardless of what side critical race theory is conducted in, but still present a diverse set of information.
