Yes, but only if they are at least 14 years old with an unbiased doctor and a psychologist's consent, and until the minor is at least 16 years of age, they should only be allowed puberty blockers. Once they are 16 years old, they no longer need both the doctor and psychologist's consent to begin treatment if they haven't already, and should be allowed the choice to begin hormone therapy and other non-surgical treatments. Surgeries, unless medically necessary, should be left to the individual only once they are 18 years of age.
