Why refuse housing for a bench somewhere? Is there some sort of requirement for everyone's safety that's not being met? Depends on the individual and what state they're in. Do I think meth heads should be allowed to limit others' usage of public space? No. Do I think individuals who've had some tough breaks should be afforded the same respects as everybody else in regard to public space? Yes, which is the ability to occupy it as long as they don't pose a threat or disturbance to others.
