Marijuana is the common drug amongst users, but it does have health benefits behind it. The biggest problem we have is how do we tax it, how do control growers/farms and if your state legalized it, do we release dealers and users from jail and commute their sentence?

It is prescribed to medical patients on a daily basis, why would doctors tell you to use something that would make things worst.
