Marijuana is the common drug amongst users, but it does have health benefits behind it. The biggest problem we have is how do we tax it, how do control growers/farms and if your state legalized it, do we release dealers and users from jail and commute their sentence?

marijuana should be legal nationally for medical and recreational use because not only does it offer relief and health benefits but is now a lower class drug and is doing no more harm to society than alcohol hich is already legal and a rising cause of death

It has amazing medicinal effects, not to mention that it doesn't harm your body, or impair your awareness nearly as much as alcohol

Studies have shown that alcohol use is more dangerous and addictive than marijuana use. Decriminalizing marijuana is akin to ending prohibition of alcohol in the 1920’s. Poorer agricultural based states stand to benefit greatly from legalization.

Usually, marijuana isn’t the only problem a person has when they are struggling with addiction and related issues.
