This can be done through providing contraceptives free and make them available to everyone, even minors, make tubal ligations and vasectomies available to everyone. In the history of all abortions, not ONE has been "wanted".

abortion is wrong on all fronts. if you dont want to have a baby then dont risk it. and if you were raped you should be given the health care you need and put the baby up for adoption.

This is a tricky one. Should couples have children if they wish to once they get married? Yes, if they want to. Should couples surgically murder their baby just because they hate the fact that the baby was "accidentally born"? No. All babies have a right to life, no matter how they are born.
