Besides, the mother's body is not the baby's body, the baby should have the right to live. Also, the mother could always put the baby up for adoption if her mental health isn't well after the rape. Don't punish the baby for the father's actions.

Yes or no, does anyone have the right to use another person's body without their consent? If no, then you understand why the baby does not have the right to use its mother's body if she doesn't want it there...
