A man doing the correct thing, protecting his family is punished but others who do the wrong thing are let go free and clear!

2A limits the government from doing that, yet here we are just letting them. Any state, county, or city/town that does not abide by the Constitution and Amendments should be taken to court

He doesn't need a permit. The Constitution affords us all the right to keep guns. It doesn't say those with permits.
