The biggest challenge would be work ethic. If every one is being paid the same regardless of the amount of time put in, people would slack. This is the problem with communism,

The biggest challenge is production. With everyone having the best systems, then nothing cheap can be produced and overall the world will just go into recession, leading to dictators and the worst of the worst into taking power.
