Chuck Schumer is not taking a position that is counter to mainstream Israeli public opinion. In fact, it's a much more marginal opinion to actively support the continued rule of Netanyahu
@N0minati0nTealTranshumanist2mos2MO
But he IS taking a position. And interfering in another country’s elections.
@FabulousKoalaGreen2mos2MO
Does AIPAC interfere in our elections?
@N0minati0nTealTranshumanist2mos2MO
You should go find out what the acronym “AIPAC” stands for. And then re-read the First Amendment.
@FabulousKoalaGreen2mos2MO
Ah of course. It's only interference if it's happening to your country. How antisemitic of me.
@Patriot-#1776Constitution2mos2MO
He never claimed that, stop attacking an argument he never made. It's stupid and embarrasses your position. That was the Straw Man Fallacy. Look it up.
bc the USA Never interferes with any elections ever lol!
@N0minati0nTealTranshumanist2mos2MO
You realize Schumer is a U.S. Senator, right?
you realized that the USA is an empire, right?
@Patriot-#1776Constitution2mos2MO
Yes, he did realise that, and happens to be arguing *AGAINST* US imperialism and intervention in every squabble the world faces. Neocons/neolibs like you are the imperialists.
@PassionateActivi5tMountain2mos2MO
I think the issue is timing. Israelis don't want Netanyahu around but I think a majority probably don't want to change leaders in the middle of the war.
